Return and warranty policies

Return Policy:
– If the product you ordered arrived broken or defective.
– If the product we send you does not match the one you ordered
– Before returning the product, send WhatsApp to 57 3128725347 or an email (Product return)
– The shipment of the product must be done during the next 5 business days by sending the guide support

Guarantee policies:
– Our parts have a 6-month factory warranty according to their good use. Therefore the piece must be treated with care.
– If you have any repairs, please send an email with subject (REPAIR) and attach purchase invoice.
– The mail must include photos of the damaged item, dated proof of purchase and describe how the damage occurred.
– We are not responsible for the warranty for accessory damage on third parties (stepping on an accessory, bending or breaking)
– If the 6 months have passed and you have a product for warranty, we will gladly fix it at an additional cost.
– Warranty time is between 3-4 weeks from when we receive the piece.
– For products purchased from our distributors, request directly with them and their return policies.
